O-Rings
Our O-Rings are sourced from the highest quality vendors around the world. We mostly stock AS568 sizes, but we also stock metric sizes. Please see below for the options of materials and compounds:

BackUps
Backup Rings (Anti-extrusion Rings), commonly made from elastomers or plastics (commonly PTFE, PEEK) are used to help prevent extrusion of the O-ring or seal into the gap available. Each Backup is either solid or cut (scarf, step or butt).

Custom Molded/Machined/Extruded Elastomers

U-Cups
U-Cups come in both unloaded and loaded. They’re used in many applications, in both Static and Dynamic applications. Designed to coincide with pressure, as the pressure increases the U-Cup energizes and seals.
Available in a multitude of materials including:
- Urethane
- HNBR
- FKM
- Hytrel/Other Custom Thermoplastics
Ceramic Components
Ceramics are used in many applications where temperature, chemicals and high conditions exist. VTI supplies only the highest quality ceramics available. Contact us at any time to discuss your needs.

T-Seals
T-Seals are a robust solution that are used in rod or piston applications and work as a double acting seal. Commonly used in high pressure applications, and in ideal setups can easily handle 10K +PSI.
- Buna (NBR) Element w/ Nylon Backups
- FKM Element w/ PEEK or PTFE Backups
- HNBR/Aflas/FFKM/EPDM Elements w/ Filled PTFE or PEEK
Spring Energized Seals
Spring loaded seals are unique seals that incorporate a spring which helps maintain lip contact within the application during times of dynamic movement. Available in a multitude of materials:
Spring’s come in either cantilever, coil or helical and can be stainless steel, but are available in more corrosion and wear resistant metals as well.

Retainer Rings (Snap Rings) Studs & Nuts, Metal Parts
VTI supplies External and Internal Retainer Rings for light, medium and heavy duty applications. Studs & Nuts for your flange needs and other miscellaneous metal components upon request.
